How do you bill for your service?

We don't charge anything for the software (because it's open source) but your software will be deployed on a dedicated KVM with a price per hour depending on the size of the VM. We will bill you for each vm until you choose to delete them. Even if you aren't actively using your server, we will bill you for it.

Do you bill servers that are off?

Yes. All servers that have finished their creation process will be billed until they are deleted, regardless of their state. This is because we allocate full resources to servers regardless of their power state.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. On Business accounts we also support SWIFT and SEPA bank transfers.

Do I need to pay VAT?

Our prices are VAT exclusive. A purchase might be subject to VAT, depending on the country in which you’re set up as a business.

Do you offer yearly plans?

We absolutely do, all custom plans have the option to pre-pay for a year upfront and receive a discount on the total amount. Contact our support to learn more.

What kind of storage is available?

We use super fast NVME disks as the root filesystem on your VM, block storage is coming soon and will allow up to 10TB volumes to be attached to your VM.

I was charged more than the declared monthly price, why?

The monthly price listed is the average over the period of a year. You are billed per hour, meaning during some months you will be billed less than the listed monthly price, and during some other months a bit more. The differences are very small and over a year even out.
